MAD for Washington

Namesté!

Just ate lunch. You know what you should NEVER eat for lunch? Three sandwiches with last night's fondue in it -- tastes good, but it clogs your arteries. Like, noticably. I'm not sure if it's even a good lunch for an Italian. You know: espresso and pastry for breakfast; four hours for lunch? Yeah. That disgusting. Had to burn it off by playing wii sports. Might have to have a siesta...

Spring break for me just happened at the end of March. Very fun! Went to Washington, D.C. with my dad. Saw some Smithsonian museums. My favorite was the portrait museum. After a few days in DC, before I left to take a plane to the Oakland airport, I checked out a cool collection of MAD Magazine stuff in a house of one of my dad's friends. Here a picture of my personal favorite:

A life-sized bust of Alfred E. Neuman. If he was real. One out of five of these, man. Friggin' rare. Also has a MAD straitjacket. Really works!

But what about my animations? Well, lots of my could-be making animations time has been tooken up by playing this video game I just got -- Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Now that I've unlocked all the characters and stages, I've been managing to not be too obsessed with it. Only sometimes, you know? I got a new animation coming up, but first, a comic strip:

Well, ta-ta for now, messieurs!

XMAS 2007: The Story So FAR.

Yo, it's me, Eben "Frostey" again!
This year, I'm finally getting/ making X-Mas presents for people. I've been quite generous, considering the lack of presents I've gave previous years. I'll release some information about the presents, since there were some already opened by these particular people:

(my sister): a silly crown and a princess peach cellphone charm (BIGGER PRESENT IS SECRET!)
(a friend at my new high school): The DVD of the high school play Scapino! (wrapped in my old house's wallpaper.)
(a friend in boston): Metroid on the Wii Virtual Console.

Etc, etc. I should probably make the full list of presents after X-Mas.
So, anywaze. What's been up with me? Not much. Not alot of homework. Starting tomorrow is X-Mas break. Goin' skiing on christmas eve. I miss snow. :( I got the pleasant surprise of the break ending on Jan. 8th, 2008, rather than the 3rd (or, if possible, the 2nd!!). Recently made a comic for someone's x-mas present. I'll post it after x-mas (the non-signed, non-specialized version). I have yet to update my webpage. There's a cartoon I've been waiting to publish. I'm using a school computer, so I can't right now.
I'm probably gonna take a trip back to Boston sometime mid- January. I miss the snow. And the friends. And the pizza. And the culture. And the being - able - to - walk - to - somewhere - interesting - in - less - than - a - few - minutes! Sighh...
Well anyway. I gotta go to my next period pretty soon. (Long lunch, ftw!!) Toodle-loo!

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Recently, I had a nice vacation is the West Coast. I found myself at both the Google and Pixar HQs. Also, I climbed a part of Mt. Rainier in WA!

Well, anywaze. I thought I'd make a blogpost. I have a wonderful summer job right now. I'm working as a website design "professori" for a a close family friend of mine. I've already got $30 from 5 hours total! (Two 2-hr sessions, one 1-hr.)

My tablet has been broken for a while -- @ least the tablet pen. The tablet pen's being repaired right now; so for now, I've got a tablet being lent to me.
------------------------------------------------------------
Anyways. I'm looking very much forward to the THIRD SUPER SMASH BROS. COMING OUT ON DECEMBER 3RD! It'll be a wonderfull xMas present!
A few new characters have been confirmed: Solid Snake, Meta Knight, Zero Suit Samus, Pit from Kid Icarus, Wario (FTW!!), and...

This guy. He appeared in this super creepy update on the Smash Bro Website. I suspect he's either a final boss character, a secret character, or an unplayable character.
Where's this character from? He looks a bit MegaMan-y.
I'd like to know what you commenters think.

ALMOST THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR '07 !!!1111

Yo! I'm having such a wonderful life right now! Might you ask why? Well, it's the almost of the school year! MY FIRST YEAR IN HIGH SCHOOL IS NEARLY OVAH! This might have been, by far, the best school year i've had since 4th or 7th grade, man. Also what might have help was knowing how to avoid regret -- gratitude and recognition has made my life SO much easier!!
***********************************
So many things happened recently!!! A few weekends ago, I had my first DATE! I made myself a HERO by SAVING several Japanese language BOOKS from getting thrown in the TRASH!
I have nothing to regret about FRIDAY OF JUNE FIRST!! This Friday was the Bicentennial of ARLINGTON and a graduation dinner @ my house for my cousin LISA!!111 At the PARTY, I got to show a cousin how to play the Wii, made great jokes, and saw the Bincentennial fireworks!!
Besides the party, I got to give Mr. Lunch, my pug, an epic dog-WALK. Along with many other things, yesterday was another friend's graduation, hence a PARTY in my SCHOOL HOMEROOM!
***************************************
Oh, MAN! I'm doing so well with my YouTube account right now. This morning of Saturday, June 2nd, I was rated the 90th most viewed comedian today! And that's out of 100 comedians! This might be because of an extra-popular video of mine that I published: Jack's Batmobile! 245 views FTW!!11
Here's the vid:

*******************************************************
I'm rolling on with my l8est flash cartoon, also. I bet that it will be done within this month. There's a single preview picture on my front page of my website. I know, th@ sounds like a bit of a gyp, giving you a single preview picture out of many, but you'll see. It's gonna be big! And have a wierd name!

To end this magnificent post, I'd like to post a great poèm of mine:

*********************************************
Seminar @ Piattini

In today’s Class in a Glass –

such intensive affairs –

we learn how to drink this

series of four-course wine dinners.

Zinfandel –

it doesn’t age well.

(a word to the small bladder:

opt for a chair,

but not a banquETTE,

for we are at the end of a three-hour banquET.)

I will remind my self

to swirl my wine glass in a quarter’s circle.

Crookes confronted: “through an appetizer,

give barbecue a nifty Italian makeover.”

There’s the teacher’s pet. Here’s the class clown:

Dom Pérignon, with a clunk,

finds herself apologizing: “I’m getting drunk.”

Au revoir!
